Straight and to the point. Propper and original Ducati 851 Desmo 4 valve engine with oilcooler and lines. As taken out of a Bimota Tesi 1D from 1991. Ngine is one of only appr. 126 original 851 SPO spec’ engines build by Ducati for Bimota and is set up to run with a 50mm fuel injection bridge with 4 injectors (2 per cylinder). This engine has run 3708 km according to the dashboard that came with this Tesi Project. This Tesi project will be build in the next couple of years, but this Ducati engine is not needed for that. Offered for sale here is the engine, ONLY the complete engine, nothing else! The bike pictured has not run in several years and the engine will need the belts changed and should get a major service as well. I have added a short video to show that it turns over just fine with the starter button. Decent pictures is all i can really post here which show how the engine sits in this Tesi frame, if you have any additional questions please write.
